| On Friday 16th December, UK Malvern employees donned our festive knitwear to raise money for a very worthwhile cause – Christmas Jumper Day 2016! Christmas Jumper Day is a fun and festive event organized by Save the Children, a UK-based charity supporting children around the world with both emergency relief and longer-term projects. Their Christmas Jumper Day is a fundraising initiative which encourages people to make a donation to Save the Children in return for wearing Christmas-themed jumpers.
Having taken part in Christmas Jumper Day last year, we were eager to get involved once again! We had a good turnout, and spirits were high as we gathered in Reception for our group photograph. The quality of knitwear on display was very impressive, with even Star Wars, Mickey Mouse and Where’s Wally represented in festive form. We have currently raised over £140, which we are very happy with, but the money is still rolling in and it’s not too late to donate!
